Photos and Media

Photos and videos you upload are used solely to generate marketing content for your business. Your media is stored securely on Cloudflare R2 servers. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your marketing content. You retain full ownership of all media you upload.

Social Media Connections

When you connect your social media accounts, we access only the permissions required to post content and manage responses on your behalf. We do not access your personal messages, contacts, or any data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
● Service providers who help us operate the platform (Anthropic/Claude for AI analysis, Cloudflare for storage, Stripe for payments, Buffer for posting, ManyChat for replies, GoHighLevel for CRM, Twilio for notifications)
● When required by law or to protect our legal rights

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account we delete your data within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

About Zencru

Zencru is an AI-powered marketing automation platform for trade businesses. We help contractors automatically create and publish social media content, manage leads, and run advertising campaigns.

Your Account

Subscription and Payment

You must be 18 or older to use Zencru. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

Zencru is a subscription service billed monthly at $297 per month or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription fee.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to Zencru. By uploading content you grant Zencru a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service — specifically to analyze it with AI and generate marketing content on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide to Zencru. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

Social Media Accounts

When you connect your social media accounts you authorize Zencru to post content and manage responses on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content posted to your accounts through Zencru. You can disconnect your accounts at any time. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms including account suspension or changes to their terms of service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is based on the photos and information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. While we strive for accuracy we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, appropriate for all audiences, or achieve specific marketing results.

Advertising

If you use Zencru to run paid advertising campaigns, your ad spend is paid directly to Meta, TikTok, Google, or other advertising platforms. Zencru manages your campaigns on your behalf but is not responsible for ad performance, platform policy changes, or ad account suspension. Advertising results are not guaranteed.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
● Use Zencru for any illegal purpose
● Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
● Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Zencru platform
● Use the platform to spam or harass others
● Share your account with others or resell access to the platform

Limitation of Liability

Zencru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve specific results for your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zencru's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zencru harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Zencru after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles.
